In our latest trip to Hawaii I was able to surf 4 out of the 10 days we were there. It was great, although it got a little bit scary in Kaui when the waves got up to 7-8 feet. Below are shots of my first day taking a lesson at Waikiki in Oahu.
BTW - I did not run over this girl :) I was trying my best to steer to the left and only clipped the front of her board.
